Narelle Davis is specialised in food safety and regulatory compliance for Childcare, Aged Care as well as Hospitals and Event Catering Services (off-site and on-site). Narelle is also an approved trainer and assessor and has developed and delivered numerous food hygiene packages.

Narelle Davis founder of FSSQLD is authorised to conduct the Food Safety Audits as mandated by the Queensland Food Act 2006. In addition to this, FSSQLD is highly regarded for its Food Safety Consulting Services. Which includes pre-acquisition inspection, food safety training as well as the development and implementation of food safety programs.
